VALVITAL S.p.A., established in 1971, hot forging and metal steel machining
founded to produce valves for naval engines,
as the years went by, it has changed its production
which is currently addressed to the big
companies manufacturing agricultural tractors, industrial
vehicles, elevator carriages,
transmissions and gear boxes. Dies manufacturing
is achieved directly within our company by means
of CNC machine tools. Dies quality is therefore
able to fulfill Customer’s expectations
including the shortened delivery time needs. Our
workshop is equipped
with modern machinery such as: CNC centering machines,
CNC lathes,
Gear cutting machines, CNC induction-hardening machines,
CNC grinding machines.
The park is continuously technologically upgraded,
and allows accomplishing
specialized machine finishing as well as providing
Customers with high quality products.
Hot forging is carried out within our plants in
total compliance with quality and environment.
Production lines equipped with screw and hydraulic
presses and articulated robots allow
high productivity also for big dimensional parts.
Our production range covers forged and finished
parts for the following sectors:
Agricultural tractors, Industrial vehicles, Elevator
carriages, etc.
Moreover in details we produce:
Forged parts: Main shafts, Input shafts, Pinions,
Axle and wheel drive shafts,
Flanged axles, Single and double upset shafts.
Finished parts: Axle and wheel drive shafts for
agricultural machines and similar items.
All the manufacturing steps, from the row material
examination,
through the forged parts heat treatments till the
final metalworking,
are accomplished according the specific procedures
required
by UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
